Usage
Primary Auxiliary Heat Stabilizer & Secondary Antioxidant for PVC (Core Absolute Application): Serves as a premier liquid phosphite co-stabilizer across PVC processing lines.
Thermal & Color Stabilization: As a stabilizer, it effectively decomposes peroxides and absorbs free chlorine, significantly inhibiting thermo-oxidative degradation and initial yellowing during processing, while maintaining the product’s transparency and gloss.
Applications: Formulated into PVC flexible/rigid films, artificial leather, dip-molding compounds, wire & cable insulation, and flexible transparent tubing.
Polymer & Elastomer Modification: Applied across Polyurethane (PU), Polystyrene (PS), ABS resins, and synthetic rubbers (e.g., SBR, BR) as a processing stabilizer to prevent polymer chain scission or unwanted crosslinking under high shear.
Coatings & Adhesives Auxiliary: Integrated into liquid coatings, hot-melt adhesives, and resin matrices to boost thermo-oxidative endurance and weatherability.
