AMP-95 Usage:

• Coatings, Paints & Inks:

  • Multifunctional Neutralizer & Co-Dispersant : Extensively used in waterborne latex paints and industrial coatings as a pH stabilizer. Significantly enhances pigment dispersion, boosts scrub resistance, improves color acceptance, and reduces VOC levels compared to ammonia. 

• Personal Care & Cosmetics:

  • Neutralizer for Hair Styling Polymers: Used to neutralize acidic hair fixative polymers in hair gels, sprays, and lotions to provide clear, water-soluble, and wash-off formulations. 

• Metalworking Fluids & Water Treatment:

  • Corrosion Inhibitor & Biocide Booster: Added to metalworking lubricants and cutting fluids to maintain alkaline pH, prevent ferrous metal corrosion, and suppress bacterial proliferation.

• Chemical Intermediate:

  • Synthesis Component: Serves as a versatile building block for the synthesis of surfactants, pharmaceutical agents, and rubber vulcanization accelerators.

Method of use

1 Dosage is 0.1~1.0% of the total weight of the formula.

2 Add 1/3~1/2 of the total amount at the pulping stage, and add the rest at the paint mixing stage.

3 Add it into the water with dispersant at the stage of pulping, and then add pigment filler in turn under rapid stirring after full dissolution. Add pigment filler in turn under rapid stirring

4 At the stage of paint mixing, first dilute it with 2~5 times water, and then add it slowly under stirring.
