Use of Tranexamic acid
1. Tranexamic acid is a derivative of aminotoluic acid, which is an antifibrinolytic hemostatic drug.
2. Tranexamic acid can competitively inhibit the adsorption of plasmin on fibrin, protect fibrin from degradation and dissolution by plasmin, so as to achieve hemostatic effect.
3. Applicable to the treatment of acute or chronic, localized or systemic bleeding, such as obstetric hemorrhage, renal hemorrhage, prostatic hypertrophy, hemophilia, tuberculosis, stomach bleeding, liver, lung, spleen, and other visceral surgery bleeding, etc.
