Papain Usage
1. Mainly used for beer cold resistance, meat softening, pre-cooking of cereals, production of hydrolyzed protein
2. Papain activates fibrinogen to plasmin. It only acts on necrotic tissue to dissolve fibrin, blood clots and necrotic material in the lesion. It cleans the wound and promotes the granulation and apocenosis, so as toaccelerate wound healing.
