  • Food Emulsifier & Microencapsulation Carrier: OSA modification imparts amphiphilic emulsifying properties to native starch. Extensively formulated into flavor emulsions (e.g., beverage clouds), microencapsulation wall materials for vitamins/oils, low-fat dressings, and dairy stabilizers.
