N-Methylcyclohexylamine Usage
Dye intermediate: Used to synthesize acid dyes, cationic dyes, or disperse dyes with specific structures.
Rubber vulcanization accelerator: It is the core raw material for synthesizing high-end rubber vulcanization accelerators. It possesses excellent anti-scorch properties and extremely high processing safety, and is widely used in the manufacture of modern automobile tires, conveyor belts, and high-end rubber products.
Industrial circulating water and rust prevention: Used as a highly efficient vapor-phase corrosion inhibitor in petroleum refining, boiler water treatment, and metal cutting fluids.
Pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates: Used in the synthesis of certain central nervous system drugs, local anesthetics, plant growth regulators, and specialty herbicides.
Polyurethane catalyst modification: Used as an auxiliary catalyst or modifier in certain foaming reactions to adjust bubble pore size and delay gelation time.
