Polymer Modification: It readily undergoes addition reactions with the double bonds or epoxy groups of polymers, directly introducing flame-retardant groups into the polymer backbone to achieve permanent flame retardancy.

Engineering Plastics: Used for the modification of PET/PBT, PA, and PC to improve their flame retardancy rating.

Functional Modifier: Used as a raw material for halogen-free flame-retardant polyesters in chemical fiber textiles, and also as an antioxidant and stabilizer for polymer materials.
