Antioxidant 1135 Application:
Anti-scorch antioxidant for flexible polyurethane (PU) foam and elastomers (primary application): It is the most important and highly efficient liquid hindered phenolic primary antioxidant in the polyurethane foaming industry.
- Scorch inhibition: During the production of flexible PU slabstock foam, it effectively scavenges free radicals, preventing scorching and discoloration in the foam core. It is typically used in combination with phosphite antioxidants to achieve excellent synergistic effects.
- Convenience of liquid processing: As a liquid, it can be directly injected into the PU foaming reaction system via metering pumps, completely eliminating issues associated with powder antioxidants, such as slow dissolution, sedimentation, and caking.
High-efficiency antioxidant additive for lubricants and specialty greases: Used in synthetic lubricants, industrial gear oils, hydraulic fluids, and greases; it effectively prevents oxidative degradation, abnormal viscosity spikes, and sludge formation at high temperatures.
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), adhesives, and elastomers (SBS/TPU): Serves as an additive for processing and long-term thermal stability in the production of flexible PVC, adhesives, coatings, and synthetic rubbers.
