1,2-Epoxybutane Usage
Used in the manufacture of intermediates and polymers, for example in the production of 1,2-butanediol. It is also used as a diluent for nitrocellulose paint instead of acetone, and 1,2-epoxybutane can also be used as a standard material for chromatographic analysis.
