Application:
This product is a relatively safe super accelerator. When used in conjunction with accelerator WILLING DM, its anti-scorch properties increase. This product has a lower critical vulcanization temperature and higher activity than thiuram accelerators, and can be used for vulcanizing various types of rubber, including natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, within the temperature range of 80-125℃. This product is particularly suitable for latex vulcanization, and has little effect on latex viscosity during storage. Because it is non-polluting, colorfast, odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic, it can be used to manufacture food-contact impregnated latex products, as well as transparent and brightly colored products, medical products, latex molded products, impregnated products, latex sponges, rubber sheets, and self-vulcanizing adhesives.
