Zinc 2-mercaptobenzothiazole Application:

High-speed vulcanization accelerator, non-rubber staining. Suitable for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex. When used in dry rubber, it has the same performance as WILLINGMBT and has low scorch resistance. Used in latex systems with mild activity and usually used in combination with super accelerators. The critical temperature of vulcanization is relatively high (138??C). It is not easy to produce early vulcanization, and the vulcanization flatness is wider. It is suitable for latex systems and has the function of adjusting the viscosity of the system. Suitable for injection molding and foam rubber products. Safe to operate, easy to disperse, no pollution, no discoloration. Resistant to aging when used in combination with TP. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber hoses, rubber shoes, tape and other general industrial products.
