Broad-spectrum natural antifungal agent: It is currently recognized globally as an extremely safe, highly effective, and natural antifungal food preservative. It is produced through fermentation by Streptomyces. It specifically binds to ergosterol on the cell membrane of fungi, disrupting cell membrane permeability, leading to leakage of cell contents and cell death.

• Core advantages: Extremely low concentrations (microgram levels) can inhibit almost all molds and yeasts, and it has no inhibitory effect on bacteria, therefore it will not affect the normal maturation and fermentation process of fermented foods such as cheese and yogurt.

Application scenarios: Widely used for surface spraying or direct addition of antifungal agents to cheese, meat products (such as red sausage, fermented sausage), mooncakes, pastries, juices, soy sauce, and salad dressings.
